If you wish to exchange or return the prayer bead, you are entitled to the following: - Exchange within two days of receiving the prayer bead, with the necessity of attaching the purchase invoice. - Return within only one day, provided that the prayer bead is in its original condition and the purchase invoice is attached. - The prayer bead cannot be returned after more than one day, except in case of a manufacturing defect only. - Misbah Omar Store bears the shipping costs if the reason is a manufacturing defect in the prayer bead only. - The customer bears the shipping costs if the order is (exchange/return).
